Our first 4-unit multifamily renovation. We took this vacant property from drab to fab. New mechanical, plumbing, electrical, roofing, insulation, framing, drywall, and kitchen and bath finishes were installed. The completed property was finished with an entirely new layout to add rental value. The landscaping was inclusive of a new 4-spot parking pad, and new sod in the front and rear yards. 6 month project.
